Old World will honor all previous contracts prior to this date.

Puppies will be in good health, with shots and worming to date. Puppies need to be checked by your own licensed vet within 3 business days of receiving him to verify his good health upon arrival, and to ensure you will continue to have your pup under good care. Old World Cane Corso takes no responsibility for any communicable disease the puppy may receive after 72 hours of puppy’s arrival. If vet finds puppy to be of unstable health you will let us know immediately with proof from licensed vet and return puppy immediately. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. We will replace puppy as soon as one of comparable value becomes available. No money will at any time be refunded. All puppies come with their tails docked and dewclaws removed and micro chipped. Buyer is responsible to register micro chipping. Puppies will be guaranteed against crippling hip dysplasia for 26 months.
A Cane Corso pup who spends much of his time in a crate will also not have the HD guarantee as proper exercise is equally important for proper growth and development. You must also care not to overexert the puppy until it is fully developed between 2 and 3 years of age. If you don’t have the time to or money to properly care for your Cane Corso, please don’t buy one.

You will continue with good care for your Cane Corso including all necessary immunizations and heartworm protection.

Should you have the unfortunate experience that your pup develops crippling hip dysplasia within the said period of time we will replace your puppy with one of comparable value as soon as one becomes available. You must send us the PennHIP papers with the dog’s microchip # on it, and the spay/neuter proof. My vet will verify the condition to be true before replacement is made.

Puppies will carry the Old World name along with their name on their registration papers.

Temperament: At Old World Cane Corso we have done everything to produce stable-minded puppies, both in breeding and early socialization. It is the buyer’s responsibility to continue this by taking the puppy to kindergarten and obedience in the first year. This will help your puppy’s confidence and make him more socialized and well mannered. Old World will not be responsible for unstable temperament due to poor socialization and training.
Remember a cute puppy is growing into a large powerful dog and needs to be well controlled.

Dog is not allowed to be used in any illegal activates.

Companion puppies need to be spayed or neutered by 18 months. You will receive the limited registration papers for your puppy once you provide us with proof from your Vet that your puppy has been altered.

Under no circumstance do we grant cash refund or except any liability for medical expense, veterinary fees or any other expense related to the care of your Old World Cane Corso.

Cherry Eye, Entropian and Ectropion are common conditions with all Mollosser breeds and are not covered by our guarantee.

Contract is good for original buyer only. If you are no longer able to keep the puppy/dog, Old World Cane Corso has first option to take the dog back.

Any breaching of this contract will make it void.

We have no other guarantee other than those stated on this document.By purchasing an Old World puppy the buyer and seller agree to hold to their part of this contractual agreement.

OLD WORLD CANE CORSO BREED/SHOW CONTRACT

Old World Cane Corso will occasionally release breeding rights (blood lines) to select homes that qualify and agree to the following contract:

removed. Puppies will be guaranteed against HD for 26 months.

A Cane Corso pup who spends much of his time in a crate will also not have the HD guarantee as proper exercise is equally important for proper growth and development. You will also care not to overexert the puppy until fully developed. If you don’t have the time or money to properly care for your Cane Corso don’t buy one.

You will continue with good care for your Cane Corso including all necessary immunizations and heartworm protection.

The puppy must have a PennHIP test done before 24 months of age (done not within 2 months of heat). If the PennHIP results are moderate HD or worse we will replace your puppy. You must notify us of this immediately. You must send us the PennHIP papers with the dog’s microchip # on it. My vet will verify the condition to be true. Said puppy must also be spayed/neutered (verification sent to us), and puppy’s original registration papers also sent to us before replacement is made. Old World Cane Corso has first option to find new a home for the dog if you are not able to keep it. A comparable replacement puppy will replace the original pup as soon as it comes available. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges of new puppy brought in. Replacement of a puppy will be done only once on the original puppy.

Dog is not allowed to be used in any illegal activates or in any breeding to dogs of another type of breed or to Cane Corso of inferior quality. We will be happy to assist you in finding a good mate for your Cane Corso. Our dogs are of superior breeding and it is our desire that their offspring carry the same quality both in temperament and conformation.

Buyer, if they so choose to breed, upon successful breeding, will pay Old World the price of a first pick puppy (Appr. $3,000) to buy into the bloodlines, or Old World can choose to take the first pick puppy (of Old World’s choice), from the first litter.

Offspring from this dog will never be sold to puppy mills or pet stores to be resold for profit. Buyer must be responsible to place all offspring directly into good homes.

If you are no longer able to keep the puppy/dog, Old World Cane Corso has first option to take the dog back.

If the puppy is abused in any way, Old World Cane Corso has the right to reclaim the dog at any time, with no compensation made.
